At Timberlake Building & Renovations, we have assembled some of the most experienced and dedicated professionals in the industry to be part of our team. We aren’t content with simply filling our career positions with just anyone. We have exceptionally high standards and expectations. And once someone joins our team, we support annual training and education for each person, thus keeping them at the leading edge of the industry with experience and knowledge. The end result? Whether you are interacting with someone in sales, construction, management or administration, you can count on the highest level of proficiency and outstanding customer service.

Dave Lunden, President
As President, Dave oversees and directs the overall operations of Timberlake’s Renovations division. He joined the Timberlake team in 2003 after a successful, 15-year legal career. Dave, his wife and his three children (two girls and a boy) currently live in a Timberlake House they constructed in Ashton, Maryland. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Maryland National Capitol Building Industry Association and is Vice Chair of the Legislative Committee. In addition to those duties, he also serves on the Board of Directors of the Maryland State Building Association and is a member of the Annapolis Rotary Club. When Dave has free time, he enjoys spending it with his family and running, hiking, kayaking, and watching Boston Red Sox, Washington Wizards and Terps (football) games. |

Dennis Motsco, President of Purchasing, Estimating and Construction
Dennis has over 16 years of experience in the construction industry, having worked for two of the top ten builders in the country. Dennis has a depth of experience having started out as a superintendent and worked his way up into construction management. Dennis is a graduate of Towson University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Dennis’ true expertise lies in finding creative solutions to address difficult construction issues. Dennis lives in Ellicott City with his wife and daughter. In his spare time he enjoys golf and spending time with his family. |

Justin Shepherd,
Purchasing & Estimating Manager
Justin joined the Timberlake team in 2006. He has a degree in Construction Management, as well as a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) certificate in engineering and architecture. Here at Timberlake he manages construction costs, provides estimates for customer’s construction projects and assists in the negotiation of trade partner agreements for our organization. Justin lives in Harwood, MD and enjoys spending time with his friends, playing paintball, watching baseball and football and doing work around the house. |

Kent Drinker, Project and Client Relations Manager
Kent joined the Timberlake Building & Renovations team in 2009 and is responsible for developing new business opportunities while also supporting current Timberlake clients and projects. Kent brings over 10-years of successful sales, business development, and project management expertise to Timberlake; including past experience with a building products company as a key member of their inside-sales division. Active within the Annapolis and greater Anne Arundel community, Kent serves on the Board of Directors for the Annapolis Regional Transportation Management Association and as a volunteer for Hospice of the Chesapeake. Kent lives in Stevensville on the Eastern Shore with his wife, two daughters, and dachshund Sadie who likes to think she rules the house. As a native of Massachusetts Kent is an avid Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan and in his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, biking, fishing, and working on the endless list of home improvement projects around the house. |

Ken Marmen, Project Manager
Ken has over 22 years in the home building industry. Ken very much enjoys interacting with homeowners and is great at working out creative solutions to help them customize their homes. Ken lives in Crofton Maryland with his wife and son. In his spare time, he enjoys all types of woodworking in his shop, riding motorcycles and football. |

Mike Sealens, Project Manager
Mike joined the Timberlake team in 2006 with over 20 years of experience in the homebuilding industry. As Superintendent, he schedules and supervises the work of our trade partners. He has a wealth of construction knowledge, is very organized and is extremely patient. That makes his additional role as liaison between the customers and our trade partners perfect for him. Mike lives on the Eastern Shore where he enjoys the outdoor life with his wife and 2 children. |
