Meet the Team

At Timberlake Building & Renovations, we have assembled some of the most experienced and dedicated professionals in the industry to be part of our team. We aren’t content with simply filling our career positions with just anyone. We have exceptionally high standards and expectations. And once someone joins our team, we support annual training and education for each person, thus keeping them at the leading edge of the industry with experience and knowledge. The end result? Whether you are interacting with someone in sales, construction, management or administration, you can count on the highest level of proficiency and outstanding customer service.
 
Here, you can meet some of the members of our team and learn a little about each – professionally and personally.


Dave Lunden, President
As President, Dave oversees and directs the overall operations of Timberlake’s Renovations division. He joined the Timberlake team in 2003 after a successful, 15-year legal career. Dave, his wife and his three children (two girls and a boy) currently live in Olney, Maryland but are in the process of building a Timberlake home in Ashton, Maryland. He serves as a Board of Directors member, Membership Committee Co-Chair and Legislative Committee member for the Maryland National Capitol Building Industry Association. When Dave has free time, he enjoys spending it with his family and running, hiking, kayaking, and watching Boston Red Sox, Washington Wizards and Terps (football) games.
 
George Hamilton, Vice President of Construction
George is responsible for all construction and warranty operations. He has been in the home building industry for over 20 years in the Baltimore/Washington area with both large and small companies. He became involved in the industry through an internship with Northeastern University in Boston. George and his wife of 20 years reside in Woodstock, Maryland and they have two sons. In his free time, George enjoys traveling and golfing.
 
Tim Harris, Superintendent
Tim joined the Timberlake team in 2006, initially working as a Superintendent for our Timberlake Homes division in Salisbury and Kent County, DE. He has since become involved with Timberlake Building & Renovations as a Superintendent where he manages the complete construction process of our Renovations customers’ projects. Tim has been in the homebuilding industry for 8 years. He lives on Maryland’s Eastern Shore where he enjoys spending time with his wife, son and daughter.
 
Brooke King , Sales Manager
Brooke joined the Timberlake team in 2008 after a 5 year career in new home sales with a successful Fortune 500 company. She says she is excited to have the opportunity to continue her success with a reputable, family-owned business. The renovations aspect of the business is appealing to her as well. It’s the perfect compliment to the experience she has had in the home building industry. Brooke is responsible for new home and renovations sales for Timberlake Building & Renovations. She lives in Queenstown with her husband, two daughters and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, skiing, boating and camping. 
 
Jayne Pleasant, Sales Manager
Joining the Timberlake Building & Renovations family in 2007, Jayne brought with her over 22 years of successful new home construction and real estate experience. Working with some of the top homebuilders in the industry during her career has expanded her construction knowledge, making her better prepared to serve the needs of our clients. Jayne oversees and manages new home and renovations sales for Timberlake Building & Renovations. She enjoys assisting our clients with the process of creating everything from a minor renovation to a full-scale tear down and re-build of a dream home. Own a lot? Need a plan? She can help you with that too. Jayne resides in Arnold with her devoted Yorkshire terrier, Precious. In her spare time she enjoys sailing, biking, hiking, and sports with her nieces and nephews. 
 
Mike Sealens, Superintendent
Mike joined the Timberlake team in 2006 with over 20 years of experience in the homebuilding industry. As Superintendent, he schedules and supervises the work of our trade partners. He has a wealth of construction knowledge, is very organized and is extremely patient. That makes his additional role as liaison between the customers and our trade partners perfect for him. Mike lives on the Eastern Shore where he enjoys the outdoor life with his wife and 2 children.
 
Justin Shepherd, Purchasing & Estimating Assistant
Justin joined the Timberlake team in 2006. He has a degree in Construction Management, as well as a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) certificate in engineering and architecture. Here at Timberlake he manages construction costs, provides estimates for customer’s construction projects and assists in the negotiation of trade partner agreements for our organization. Justin lives in Harwood, MD and enjoys spending time with his friends, playing paintball, watching baseball and football and doing work around the house.
